Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Is The Jewish Connection free?
Yes. Every feature — identity verification, messaging, video calling, and the full directory — is free for every member.
Do I have to be religious to join?
No. The Jewish Connection is for secular, cultural, traditional, and religious Jewish singles. You don't have to practice Judaism the same way to share a Jewish connection.
How does verification work?
Every member completes identity verification with a government ID and a selfie/liveness check before their profile is visible to others.
Is this a swipe app?
No. You browse a full directory of verified profiles and decide who to reach out to — no swiping, no endless decks.
